Ripoff misleading dishonest false presumptions

This company mislead consumers by using false presumptions to get them to get a credit card. I was told only that I needed to pay an upfront fee of 299 and in 15-20 days I will receive a card in the mail. After the 20 days expired, I was told that I would receive a package it the mail that contain my card. After the package came, still no credit card, I was told that I would have to wait for additional forms to mailed to me in the next few days and to return those forms, and I would receive my card with 7-10 days.

No form ever came, I called back and asked where were the forms, then I was told I had to go online and submit a form. Once I went online, there were additional fees that totally another $300 I had to pay in order to get the card. I called back in disgust and talk to Dan Lewis who did not want me to speak with a supervisor to get the situation resolve and told me that it was against company policy to give the name of the company's president. All in all it has been 3 months and since I paid $299 to receive what I was told would be a credit card with a limit of $2,000 and I still have nothing to show for it.
