My boyfriend's mortgage was sold to these people during his bankruptcy proceedings 2 years ago. Now we are trying to get an fha loan and we are told that the house went into foreclosure. Here is the kicker. The house wasnt in foreclosure as of the filing of bankruptcy and the bankruptcy and this loan was discharged three months before the company is saying it went into foreclosure. These people must think we are all idiots.
Well now we must spend our valuable time on the phone trying to get this taken care of so we can move into the home that we were told we were approved for and then told no way you arent because your other house went into foreclosure. Grrrrrr!
