Aurora Loan Services purchased my mortgage over 2 years ago and it has been a nightmare since! Payments were never credited properly, nor was my previous loan balance transferred correctly.
It has reached the point that I am in foreclosure with a pending sherriff's sale. I have put my house up for sale, and now have a buyer who wishes to close. It has been 2 months and Aurora Loan will not nor will their NJ attorneys provide a payoff figure! One blames the other... Meanwhile the clock is ticking!
It's not fair. All I want to do is sell the house, repay outstanding debts and move on with my life! Aurora seems to be only happy if they are screwing my family and myself into the ground!!
