On numerous occasions, Chase Bank has manipulated the order of things bought in order for the highest priced items to go through first so that any lower priced charge after will result in more money for them in the form of overdraft fees.
They have not been cooperative removing my overdraft fees even through respectful communication. They made it known that their collection of overdraft fees were more important than keeping me as their customer.
It was under constant wonder how Chase Bank could open on every street land the answer is through manipulation of transactions in order to collect money.
They bombarded me many times about their services especially their excellent overdraft coverage service. I asked them, "Why would I ever want overdraft fees? I would rather get denied when I buy something." They relied, "It prevents embarrassment when you buy something and you don't have the funds to pay it. At that time, we let you borrow that money and you can avoid embarrassment."
It did not sound appealing. Yet even though I did not sign up for overdraft fees they somehow managed to legitimately charge me overdraft fees because it went through loopholes as a customer was never made aware of.
I made this clear that I was not aware of this and if they could reverse the overdraft fees because I did not know the rules, but they were unresponsive thus they lost a customer forever (from me and my family).
