My house is a payment behind, and yet when I look at ALL of the fees Chase bank has taken from me... It is ridiculous!!! Mind you, I am NOT irresponsible with my money, but I have four kid's and sometimes the money is stretched. MOST of Chase's overdraft fess are for debits of anywhere from 1.00 - 7.50, which was charged a 35.00 overdraft fee to. When I call to talk to a banker, I get "lectured" on how I should be handling my money and what I am doing wrong, which only infuriates me more, because they want me to feel as if they are IN CHARGE of my money, and they have every right to take as much as they want for my punishment! They have taken over 1000.00 in overdraft fees (this year), and yet they don't pay certain things, they return them and attach a 35.00 return fee to them. And they pay for overdraft debits of 1.00,2.50,7.50, but attach EACH with a 35.00 overdraft fee to them! I want my money BACK from them!!! I feel like I am making a fat bankers BMW payment, while I'm robbed blind!
