Claiming to be a debt collector and that I owe $370.08 on a verizon account. That if I don't pay $50.00 monthly for 6 months they will report on my credit

Palisades Collection, L.L.C. Has sent me a letter saying that I owe $370.08 for a verizon account. I have never had verizon in any way. They offered me a payment plan of $50 a month for 6 months to pay off the debt. Otherwise reporting on my credit.
