Got a call from #657-859=4702. Western Performance Group. States I have a civil complaint. Stating if If I didnt calll by the end of the day. I would be served with papers about a credit card from 2004. From the Gap. I have not had a gap card in years and have note recieved a bill in years. I am sure it was paid off. I had a 200 credit limit and they say I owe 1900. But would be willing to make it 501 if I signed an agreement and gave them my debit card info. I never was served with papers from court and he acted surprised.
