To make a long story short! I requested a free credit check and instead of being charged a dollar was charged not once but twice for $14.95, the 2nd causing an overdraft of $25.00 when I called to complain I was told I would be credited for both charges but I would have to send a copy of my bank statement for the refund of the overdraft fee. I have seen and heard a lotof bad reports of Experian since this happened to me I decided to Google them and discovered the obvious.
