Okay, so there is a long story here, my first overdraft caused by incorrect information given to me by a teller on how to do a western union direct deposit. First I'll admit I'm not perfect due mostly to my own disorganisation. I do accidently cause an overdraft from time to time. Then I ask, what about the punishment fitting the crime? Should not fees be billed to you so that it does not cause further overdrafts? And then they pull more money out of a credit card causing it to go over the limit, then your sacked with a 39 dollar fee for that! (they went on to cover other charges) Worse yet, they wait a month after you've already faught with them (and yes they did refund all my fees for the mistake they caused, but refused to refund the daily overdraft fees, despite the fact that twice the manager did not call me back as promised) Okay so all of this wouldn't have happened if I hadn't been in a financial pickle over a mis-quoted job. It's immorral to further victimize me. I have tried to close my account but of course they have to make it difficult (I'm currently working out of town) and I don't have easy access to a fax machine.
