I receive an email from Mr frank gilton about a month ago stating i won an online balloting game with my email address i believe him as he was very persuasive he told me i need to send $160.00usd to him for him to release my cash at western union i did that now he is telling me-that i need to pay a lawyers fee in order to get the money release from their government. I need your help as to stop him him from ripping off other people i had to ask a friend to help me with the money i am so hurt and annoyed with him right now i just want him to get the punishment he deserves
