Ripoff dishonest posting of payments, after always making payments on time, the payoff balance seems to go "UP" each time I call. BarringtonHarris Bank

I have always paid this vehicle loan on time, made two payments at a time or paid extra.

I called for a payoff balance last December and called again Februart 2004 & March (twice) the payoff balance keeps going up, not down.
