If you're not spending a small fortune at Fry's they're not willing to help you. They also won't honor a shelf price that matches the UPC number. Since it's not a huge ticket item they refused to even talk to us and walked away while we were asking them to acknowledge the shelf price. VERY POOR CUSTOMER service at the Roseville CA store. We're looking to upgrade to a new Surround Sound system and HDTV. They lost a big sale over a $9.99 item. Don't shop Fry's. The customer is never right, even when it's in black and white. Avoid the Roseville CA store.
