Overcharged ripoff rude no contact

I moved from Ponca City Ok.in 11/15/10, I had 20 dollars or so in the Bank of Ok., Never used it again, they call me in August and say I owe them over 500 dollars. They never called, sent a statement or e-mail. So if you are working in Oklahoma make sure to bank somewhere else.
