Overcharged. Bidder recovering from brain surgery could not make decisions that were valid. Asked for refund. Company policy has no waivers. Would not let me speak to anyone other than support

Bidder recovering from brain surgery. Could not make good choices at the time.
Overcharged to boot!
Would not do any refunds and would not even listen to the issue.
Would not allow me to talk to any administrator. No other contact listed.
Absolutely the rudest people I have ever dealt with. No compassion whatsoever.

Really 60 centsa bid. Total ripoff.
For 272 dollars he "won" a screen cleaner?
