This company is terrible. The Card Processing Center has taken over FCNB's accounts evidently and has hiked payment amounts, interst rates etc. I think is it a tremendous scam.
One outlet is to go online to the FTC govt site and fill out a complaint, they will give you a registration number; I have just this week sent them a paper trail of bills paid, ltrs received from CPC and the agreement with FCNB that CPC has breached. I think a class action suit is in order here.
