incident = i was offered a master card with a credit limit of $1000.00.By a telephone solicitor; i authorized a payment of $187.00 out of my checking account on 11/14/03. I received a package of credit repair forms on 12/05/03 which was ot what i expected. I complained and was told to write a letter; return the package and i'd receive an electronic payment of $187.00 within 10 to 14 buisiness days. I mailed the package back on 12/08/03. I called prime 1 today 12/30/03 and asked the status of
my account. The phone rep. Said they received my returned package on 12/19/03 and i would receive my refund in 10 to 14 weeks; i thought i heard him wrong and asked him to repeat that and he did. I told him that
when i complained the rep said 10 to 14 days; he said thats not what it says on his computer screen. I then asked to talk to his boss and he responed no one is available. I then told him he'd hear from my attorney
and i hanged up.
Please help me and others being ripped off by these guys.

i taked to prime one on 3/14/03 twelve weeks to the day they received back the $187.00 junk mail and i am still getting the run around.
