We along with several others were referred to Charlie Serrano for a loan modification. He took $1200 from us and no modificationn has been done, we could lose our house because of this. He doesn't return phone calls and always has some kind of excuse at the ready.

I am sure her knowledge of his fraudulent activity could cost her job.

He works for Diversified Real Estate Consultants in Rancho Cucamonga and also for Formula Auto Sales off of Juniper in Fontana - (909) 428-8088.
Please do not do business with either of these people.
