Mr. Charles Serrano of Fontana CA. Doing business as "Diversified Real Estate Consultants" scammed myself and several people for Home Loan Modification. When confronted and pushed for information and follow through, he produced a forged document that was not issued by my mortgager and his web of lies was uncovered that revealed he had done little or nothing for several families and one family I am close to lost their home because of their confidence in his promises and I also very nearly lost mine.
