Guaranteed modification will be completed, lender has only heard from them once, four months later and facing foreclosure. They said not to make house payments, and now won't return my money so i can get caught up on payments. Do not do business with this company. They do not return phone calls or attempt to reconcile deal. Finally got through, and want me to wait for another program (four months later), by them i will not have a home. Please do not do business with them. Btw, they were not legal services when i started this, and they legally cannot keep any monies paid, for any service not completed. Let's get them out of business now. They are not recognized by the department of real estate as loan modification experts.
