I am a housing counselor and have worked with borrowers who have contracted with this company to get a loan modification. Andrea Martinez (a representative with this company) assured one of my clients that they had a 98% success rate at loan modifications and that they have a money-back guarantee.
Instead, they didn't provide the loan modification and they are refusing to return my client's money or return his phone calls.
No company can guarantee a loan modification and you should NOT give these companies money ahead-of time.
This company is not licesened by the California Dept. Of Reat Estate and are taking advantage of people who are in desperate situations.
