I decided to do the trial based period with CCS. Before the trial period was up and after I read over all the information that they had sent to me about the card I decided to decline the cards. I called the customer service department and told them I decided not to except the offer and the person on the phone would not take no for an answer. I finally got upset and told the person that I didn't have time to mess with them and that I would just like to decline. About a week or two later when I recieved my bank statement they had taken out the $199.99 fee two days after I had said no anyway. What part of NO don't they understand. I still haven't recieved my money back!!
