Merchant placed charges on customer's credit card without notification via phone or email. Customer did not receive products for the charges other than the initial free trial and then was charged double shipping fees with the merchant denying charging one of the shipping fees. Both of the fees were from the same merchant as having proof from credit card statement. Within the allotted time period, customer cancelled trial and continued to be charged. Customer repeatedly inquired about speaking to a supervisor and was promised supervisor would contact customer within 10 minutes. Customer never received the calls.
