Ripoff, rude, only interested in account information not customer service

I first recieved a letter in Nov. 2005. I did not have the funds to activate the card so they gave me extra time for my trial period. I asked the lady are my catalogs going to be here for me to look over before the trial period is up? She said YES! Of course! I never recieved a catalog, so I tried to call again and again and again. Each time I was on hold for over 20 min. Only to be disconnected.

I was getting frustrated with this so I tried to look up a catalog on line. After I couldn't find a web site on the entire 5 sheets of info. From them, my husband typed in cca "first national card" and this is what I found out.

I have no idea what's going to happen next but I have to act fast before Feb. 1 they plan to take $99.99 out of my acc. For Purchase Security Guard, $99.99 for Credit Protection Shield, $99.99 for Annual Fees and $29.99 for Rush proccesing. WHAT!

They told me all these fees were going to be applied to the card, but since there is no real card I suppose I authorized them to take it out of my acct instead! Don't activate your card, but if you get through to the 800#'s tell them where to go for me:)
