I received a letter from someone to mail out 200 or more of these letters and I bought the names from Capital Resources and they had a money back quarantee; if you did not make any money within 90 days they would send you a $500.00 check. They had an in house system that tracked the money that came to you. I made $1.00 and they refused my refund because I made money. They stated in their reply that they didn't state how much money you had to make. I spent over a $100.00 in flyers, stamps and envelopes to send out.
BEWARE of these letters that are coming to you saying that you can make over $800,000.00
