Sallie mae has the worse customer service support & website account access! Every time I try to log into my account I get an error message "We're unable to locate an account for you at this time. Please verify your information or call us at 888-2SALLIE (888-272-5543). Thank you." I’ve countless times had to make a new password & provide my information, but it’s never good enough. So I take the high road and call & provide ALL my information all over again. - Very poor customer service. I spoke with customer services specialist (s), about 3-4 different ones because none seem to be competent enough to get it the first time! Each time they are very rude and unprofessional. They gave me incorrect or inaccurate information and at the end nothing was resolved. My dad, who is the Borrower by name, gives it a try and he gets the same results because he doesn’t know all the information they’re requesting. He wouldn’t know that information because he’s NOT the one making the monthly payments, but me who is the AUTHORIZED Co-signer. We’ve had 3-way phone conversations & even then we are given the run-around. ALL I’m asking for is for access to my account!!! I was on the phone with them for over an hour, but never got to speak to a supervisor! It’s VERY FRUSTRATING and just plain ridiculous.
