Incompetent customer service, inaccurate information Ripoff

Sallie Mae is the most incompetent, unprofessional business I have ever had to deal with! I filed for a loan in March when I was employed. Now it is May and I am returning to school while my loan from Sallie Mae is still in question!

When I was told that I needed to send address verification, I wasn't told a month later that "they're" types of verification had changed. After I threatened to cancel my loan, then someone took action and "decided" to go ahead and use the verification I sent in. Not only are the "customer service" representatives total morons and should go back to school, but you are never allowed to speak to a supervisor as they are all in meetings! Anytime I have called, I always have a problem and they cannot help me. I am praying that I receive the loan because once I do, I will make sure that my repayment comes quickly because I NEVER want to have anything to do with Sallie Mae! After reading all of these horror stories, I hope that others who have no other choice but to deal with them take notes whenever you have to call them. They will lie because they are greedy and incompetent!
