I received a phone call threatening to sue me and possibly have me arrested for a payday loan never taken out. The man said he was Jonathan Reed of BCS Legal and was referred by Steven Johnson from Cash Advance USA. He claimed I took an internet loan for $300 and I would have to pay over$1000 and go to court. The return phone # was (561) 705-0140. He knew my full name, my Social Security #, my address, my email address and where I work. He had a heavy Middle Eastern accent. I told him to call my attorney and he said he would not and said I had to pay this money!
