I checked out cresent before the appointment and went in to the appointment with my eyes open, and ears too.
I read the BBB reports on complaints filed however all were resolved except 30. Also when I asked about the number of businesses they have I was told over 50,000. I checked it out so the complaints are minimal compared to the volume they serve.
Also as a business owner I undertsand people do and can complain.
I have been very happy with services provided and yes they saved me money.
Also customer service has been pretty darn good. I have been happy with the fact they will call back when you use the call button on the machine. My sales rep said average call back time is 1 hour however I have been called back most times within a half hour average.
The equiptment is good and its free.
NO buy or lease which I had before and it stinks when your equiptment doesnt work or goes down and you cant get it up and running or fixed.
My sales rep was a low pressure good person. She stated to me everything I needed to know. Her job was not to quote rates but to get me to the person that did. She was upfront in saying that it did not do any good for her to even know how to do the rate quote if we didnt take in the info she gave us about the company first. I agree with that totally.
Anyway I have been happy with their service, the rep was very knowledgeable and also never did she pressure me. She did her job and was upfront.in no way did I find her dishonest.
Im happy.
I do understand that things happen in business all the time and Im a firm believer that bad news travels faster than good but I hope my review makes that good news travel a bit farther.
