I work for crescent and love it. I go in and save my neighbors money each time. I am upfront and honest about all fees. Don't have to hide anything cause even will all fees they are still saving by switching. They even put the owner on the phone at the end and go over all terms again to make sure they understand all fees. I have a hard time believing that all these complaints are from actual merchants or sales reps. I have nothing but good things to say about them and my manager. I love the people I have met. It is the highlight of my day to sit and talk with my neighbors and get to know them. I go back and frequent the businesses that do business with me. After all how great is it to know the owner of a business personally.:) Love this job and the people.
