Money Tree Mortgage Company
Ripoff, i have been ripoff for $300 dollars. I have not received my application and the money was taken from my account in august.internet

I gave this company my checking account on the phone in july in turn they remove $300 dollars from my account with a promise i would get the mortgage loan. I do not have good credit but i was told it will happen for me. I've waited for the applications. Nothing as of yet and now it is march 03. I know i'm in the house that i wanted to get so i really don't need them but i do need my $300 dollars.

Please help me if you can.
