I sent money tree mortgage $300 for the initial paper work and so did my daughter. Russ Satterfield with money tree mortgage took our monies on June 26 and neither one of us got the house we were looking at. Someone else purchased the homes we wanted and we had to settle for what we could get by other means. I filed a complaint with Sheila Hicks and she said that she would see about getting my money refunded and my daughter would have to file on her won. I filed in Dec and to date (3/04) I have not heard from any one in the office. I would love to get others together and file a law suit against money tree mortgage and get my money back and stop them from doing this to others.
