E've been with homeq for 3 years. From the time they bought my loan from another company they have ripped me off, and tried to evict me and my family from our townhouse for no reason except for the hidden fees they keep charging me for every little thing they can think up. I've tried to sell this house, but homeq has charged me so much junk for nothing, I can't even afford a little townhome. Now they are charging 13.4% and raising my monthly payment to $1200 and month (I pay my insurance and taxes myself.) On a townhome with a principal of only $64500. If anyone knows how to stop this to everyday people let me know. I would do anything to get rid of them...
