Frank smith, Leonard Smith Complete fraud

Here's some historical data as to why we were all ripped off:

Frank Leonard Smith is a disbarred lawyer from CA and FL. He stole his clients retainers, and was suspended, then continued to represent himself as a lawyer (ripping more people off), and was permanently disbarred. He still tries to represent himself as a lawyer, as you can find in many equestrian and horse trade magazines. And please don't take my word for it, just go to the BAR Association web page and look him up, or go to the online court records and you can find out all you need to know about this guy. I wish there were a way to stop him from representing himself as a law professional, and ripping more people off. He must be quite the BS'er to continue to scam people out of their hard earned money... Victimizing those who are already on hard times. His other business is some kind of equestrian magazine and consulting business.
