They did not send a contract, etc... Just deposited the money in my account. I could not find a number, business name, etc... For them as they have a vague name that appears on my bank statement. They took out an outrageous loan fee out of my account the week before my payday. When I finally spoke to them and told them to just pay it off, they did PLUS they took out another outrageous loan fee. When I called them back to ask them to credit me for one of the loan fees,, of course they gave me the run around and, of course, they refused to credit me back. I paid them 50% in fees on the money I borrowed. Rude customer service. Said they emailed me info which they never did. BEWARE! I found out later that I could've gotten an advance on my direct deposit from my bank for a fee of $30.instead I paid $250.00 in fees! Robbery!
