I'd lost my bill from last month and was billed a $25 late charge. While this uncommon event occurs, I usually attempt to keep in touch with customer support, - many service businesses may change a-one-period overdue charge cost with no difficulty so long as it's not really a repeated crime.
After spending 45 units of my entire life looking to get to a person support representative - I eventually bought this arrogant man who's settling a $14 charge for spending within the telephone versus my late charge of $25!!! Geeee, I'm keeping $10!!! I told him used to do not enjoy his tone and also the method he was managing the problem. He simply kept wondering after I might spend my sum due. I eventually told him I'd pay-off the entire quantity AND NOT AGAIN utilize Macy's charge card! I'm just thinking how Macy's are able to afford losing clients in these difficult situations?
