Soverign Bank Ri
Won't do a forebearance but have 3 months of payments on hold, and they are not applying it to the mortgage?

Soverign Bank is holding 3 months of payments without applying them on the mortgage, but won't give my son a forbearance on this mortgage which he requires, due to lost wages, etc, has a job now

Is requiring him to pay 5 more payments or they will forclose???
