On February 17, I placed an order on their website for 1 share of stock in Harley Davidson, as well as a frame for the certificate, and engraving of a personal message. My debit card was charged on 2/19 for the full amount, plus an additional charge for express shipping. As of now, 6/08, I still have not received the item. It took almost a month for them to respond to my phone calls and emails.
Once I finally got a response, there have been nothing but excuses. I was promised a refund, which did not happen. Today I received a response to an email that I sent yesterday asking for a status update. Their response was"Thank you for your order. I will let you know when I receive the item, and will send it to you" It was as though they had no idea what I was referring to, even though I included the entire chain of emails.
