Ordered an item on February 21. Item was charged immediately to my card. Waited 3-8 business days for item as stated in the shipping terms. No response or communication. Sent inquiry email on 3/6, no response. Sent another on 3/11. Received 2 identical responses on 3/12 from "Thayvian" ([email protected]) stating the order was cancelled due to out of stock item. Responded to Thayvian immediately requesting a refund. No response. Sent email about refund again on 3/24. No response so far.
