Dishonest, fraudulent billing

This was my first card at the following bank. First of all we never recieved our first bill. We had to call the company they told us that our bill was returned back to the company.

We had no clue as to how much we were to send or where to send it to, not to mention what our due date was. The rep told us we had to send in $114.00 by the 29th, which gave us 3 days to get the money together.

They never called us to let us know it was returned. Then when we finally got our first bill in the mail, they charged us late fees, overdraft fees, fees that should not have been on the bill. Like a charge for usuing the online service which was $20.00 when the online service was free upon accepting this offer from cross country.

So now our limit was $500.00. When we got done paying the $114.00 our available limit was $0.00, now the second month into paying our limit is still overdrawn and we have not used the card since December.

This was a Huge mistake and I advise anyone out there - Please do not accept any offers from cross country bank they are a ripoff.
