Awhile back my partner was spending this debt bc he racked up my charge card and that I obtained a notice declaring easily didnt spend this debt I'll be prosecuted... And so I instantly began spending it...$150 per month... Then sadly my spouse dropped his work and we were not able to pay for the rest of the quantity that was in regards to a measley $150... I informed the organization about that.in may my child obtained her communion and obtained $500 and so I went to my lender and open STUDENTS banking account on her... I set my title about the consideration and so I might withdraw NE cash she created need without having her needing to be there... Well I suppose which was my first error... Bc after I examined my check-in and her pupil savings acct i observed about 382 bucks being removed... I immedately named the financial institution for data bc I'd 0 idea that which was heading on. Bank advised me there was a levy on the acct from pressler and pressler. I stated this really is my kids acct not mine!!! Just how can they consider my children cash? So i visited the courtroom to determine the data bc I've RECEIVED NOTHING STATING A JUDGE DATE OR NE PART OF THE MAIL... Normal or licensed... Bc easily did i consider that material critically and might instantly act-on it... Like after I obtained their risk within the email! I believe these ppl are criminals and really should be embarrassed they required an 8-year olds cash! I want to understand what I really could do to prosecute the trousers off these a$openings...
