Took money from my account

I had been provided my credit rating for $1.00.7 days later $29.95 was obtained from my bill. I had been not informed the charge was $29.95 in seven days the $29.95 each month after. I'd difficulty locating the telephone number. So below it's 1 800-679-5283. Seriously today people! Is there nobody we are able to trust!!! I really hope this can help others. Brba
