I requested a safe card in Citibank and transferred 1800$. After handful of months I obtained a notice which suggests my software hasbeen declined. I waited 2weeks for my very own cash check, which didn't happened. Called a about my check, was informed its within the mail. After 3 months I named again and questioned my check. I had been informed its missing within the mailing program. I named an spoken to Mrs, Baker (boss) required an overnight check. She stated. It is likely to be submitted 2 days. After 7 business days the check continues to be not below. Named and talked to Mrs. (Eichelberger) another supervisor. She stated it previously delivered by advantages, after I requested following number, she couldn't supply it, since it is one of the safe card dep. I was informed there's no following number, I've to call-ups provide my title and tackle and have the check. UPS isn't providing any data with no following number.

Citibank or mom and pop store???
