Citibank mastercard
Autopay

I reduced my Citibank Mastercard ($360.20) and shut my bill. Three months later, they debited my bank account $360.20. I named plus they stated I ought to of shut my autopay after I shut my bill. They stated they'd credit my bank account. Three nights later I'd not obtained my credit and that I called again. I had been informed they usually deliver checks out for discounts, nor credit checking balances, which my check was within the email. Today, 1 week later, I'm still awaiting a check plus they inform me my reimbursement has been prepared.

Please don't use Citibank.
