The criticism is just a charge card fee challenge.
I've shipped two characters via certified email with return-receipt demands to Citibankis Payment Mistake Division in West Des Moines, IA. The characters have now been delivered in the last 3 months.
Just Before mailing characters I'd spoken with numerous Citibank reps by telephone and lastly was handed a title and tackle to send my challenge notice to.
Citibank has completely overlooked my characters by not responding for them.
Based On The Good Credit Billing Work, Citibank is in breach of regulations by not answering my characters.
Citibank doesn't have respect because of its clients and its own "Customer Support" is practically nonexistent!
