National Payment Network
Misappropiated Funds

On March 27th I purchased a vehicle from a car dealership in my home state of Arizona. As part of the purchase, I also (foolishly, I admit), enrolled in a "Biweekly Plan Agreement" with the National Payment Network. They were supposed to forward payments to the bank that financed my vehicle, with deductions from a checking account of mine.

Pursuant to this agreement, they DID withdraw funds twice, but when the due date came for payment # 1 to post, alas, no payment had posted.

After a phone call, it became evident that this company was either totally incompetent, or outright thieves. I made a second call after they failed to return my first, I also reported them to the BBB in thier area.

After making a payment of my own (I didn't want to be late with my first payment!), I phoned them again, and told them I wanted to cancel, and wanted all funds refunded to me. I was assured this would occur the early part of next week.

I also informed them that I would notify the FBI (seems like Federal Wire Fraud), and the California Attourney Generals Office.

My advice is: Don't enroll in any such plan. If you want to, it is easy to make biweekly payments direct to a lender, or via your own bank.

Avoid the National Payment Network!!!
