My story is basically the same as all the rest of the stories on this company. Lost phone payment and mailed payment, in which I just had to bite in the ass. Their investigating department said they would get back to me and never did. Couldnt get action when I called in for followups. Customer Services dont know dittley about nothing. They kept putting me on hold so they could go get the right answer from the big honcho behind the desk.
Just a bunch of hog wash, waste of time, never got anything resolved. Kept switching me to different departments only to wind right back to the place I originally started. Still nothing but the typical runaround. Citimortgage bought my First Nationwide Mortgage with whom I never had problems with. All this took place during their transition process. I annied up the the two payments they lost just to keep out of the red on their end. Now I have higher escrow accounts for some unknown reason, so I ask if I could take care of my own taxes, and they said no. Plus they made me higher my homeowners coverage to some outrages amount than I ever had to before.in my eyes, it pretty obvious what they are doing, but my hands are tied until more of us fight this thing.
