Applying payment late

Because of the new bank rules, when the payment day falls on the weekend there's no grace preiod. Our payment day 23rd of the month which fell on saturday 4/23. Our bank pays my expenses, i'm used all of the period, and so i rely on the web. Each eft payments to gemb were scheduled for 4/20, that ought to have posted on 4/22. Gemb didn't post the payments until 4/25. I named the amount on the statements and got a ladies that bearly talked language, she explained like a onetime courtesy the late fee of $25.00 could be removed. Why??? I insisted on talking with another person. The client service transferred me to another person who spoke language. This woman was nasty and discourtoues. This woman thought she was covering her headset microphone producing snide remarks. I allow her know i noticed what she said. I required to talk to a supervisor within the dept., she transferred me to someone called stevens' mail-box, i quit a note. I'm still waiting for this guy to call me back. On 5/6 i called my bank. The client service guy explained gemb had the payment on 4/22. Therefore, on monday 5/9 there will be a three way call with my bank, gemb and myself. That is outrageous behavior. These michael@#$%^&* ()_r want to get cash any way they are able to. Gemb continue to be wanting to rob the americans anyway they could!!! There must be a class action lawsuit against these bastards!!! I'm lookin this way. Every problem isn't telling exactly the same rest!
