Money taken out of checking account

I looked over my back declaration (Westerra Credit Union) 1/02/08, and GEMB Telephone required out $185.11 out-of my bank account with a telephone call without having my understanding.

After doing some study, evidently GEMB Telephone addresses Credit is the reason Capital One. I've a Lowe's Credit creditcard.

Just how can GEMB Telephone entry types bank account?

I Have been upset for times.
