We delivered many printer cartridges on December 1 to bluedogink.com after getting a return agreement and was guaranteed a credit of $385.15 (I've comfirming emails from bluedogink.com). I've named and sent them many times in the last weeks but still haven't acquired the credit. I've not obtained an answer from my newest telephone call or mail.
