I had been ordering from Bluedogink for about a year with no problems except occasional slow delivery. On October 15th, I ordered a toner cartridge for a laser printer. Several weeks went by. After several attempts to contact them, including a message I left saying I would not be ordering from them again, they finally called me and said that there was a shortage of that product, nationwide, but that it should arrive soon. After another week or so, I received a PRINTER, not the cartrige. I immediately called and surprisingly, they called back. I explained what had happened, and they said to send it back by FedEx, which I did, on 11-17-09. FedEx shows that Bluedogink received it in their warehouse on 11-20. Since that time, I have called and emailed many times, but they will not respond. My credit card has been charged for the printer. It is bad business to be so unresponsive to your customers. I will never, never, order anything from this company (if you can really call it a company) again.
